By purchasing Premium status on the HellPlay.fun Counter-Strike game server, you ("User") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from purchasing or using Premium status. Your continued use of Premium status constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and any modifications made to them.
Premium status entitles users to a variety of exclusive benefits, which may include but are not limited to:
The specific benefits associated with Premium status are subject to change at any time, with or without prior notice. HellPlay.fun reserves the right to add, remove, or modify these benefits as deemed necessary.
Premium status is obtained through payment of a fee. This fee may be a one-time payment or a recurring subscription, as specified at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through Stripe, Paypal, GameHosting and are subject to their terms and conditions. All transactions are final and non-refundable, except as explicitly outlined in these Terms.
In the case of payment issues or disputes, users are encouraged to contact Payment Provider for resolution. HellPlay.fun is not responsible for any issues arising from payment processing.
The duration of Premium status will be specified at the time of purchase. This could be a fixed period (e.g., one month, three months, six months) or a lifetime membership. The details of the duration and any options for renewal or extension will be communicated clearly during the purchase process.
Users are responsible for tracking the expiration of their Premium status. Failure to renew or extend the Premium status before its expiration may result in the loss of associated benefits.
Premium users are required to adhere to all server rules and community guidelines. This includes, but is not limited to, prohibitions against cheating, exploiting bugs, using abusive language, and harassing other players. Violations of these rules may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or termination of Premium status without a refund.
HellPlay.fun reserves the right to investigate any suspected violations and take appropriate action. Users are encouraged to report any misconduct to server administrators.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account credentials. Sharing of account information or Premium privileges with others is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of Premium status. Users are advised to use strong, unique passwords and to report any suspected unauthorized access to their accounts immediately.
HellPlay.fun is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from the unauthorized use of a user’s account.
HellPlay.fun reserves the right to modify, enhance, or discontinue Premium services at any time, with or without notice. This may include changes to the benefits provided, the duration of Premium status, or the terms under which Premium services are offered. In the event that Premium services are significantly modified or discontinued, no refunds will be provided except as specified in these Terms.
Users will be notified of significant changes through the HellPlay.fun website or via email, as appropriate. It is the user’s responsibility to stay informed of any changes to these Terms and the services provided.
All payments for Premium status are final and non-refundable even if our services are discontinued. This policy applies to both one-time payments and subscription fees. In exceptional circumstances, such as technical issues or errors made by HellPlay.fun, refunds may be considered at the sole discretion of server administrators. Any requests for refunds must be made in writing and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Refund requests should be submitted through admin@hellplay.fun and must include detailed information regarding the issue or error.
HellPlay.fun and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use Premium services. This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses. The Premium services are provided "as is," without any warranties or guarantees of any kind, whether express or implied.
Users agree to indemnify and hold harmless HellPlay.fun and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses arising from their use of Premium services or any breach of these Terms.
HellPlay.fun reserves the right to terminate or suspend Premium status at any time, with or without cause, including for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, the user will lose all access to Premium benefits, and no refunds will be provided. Users may also be subject to further penalties, including but not limited to bans from the server.
Users may terminate their Premium status voluntarily by contacting admin@hellplay.fun. Upon voluntary termination, users will not be entitled to any refund of fees paid.
HellPlay.fun may update or modify these Terms at any time. Users are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Continued use of Premium services after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Significant changes will be communicated through the HellPlay.fun website or other appropriate channels.
Users who do not agree with the revised Terms should cease using the Premium services and may request termination of their Premium status.

The choice of server location is based solely on technical and operational considerations to provide optimal service to users.
